Sunstone is situated near the Freedom Horses at the main entrance of Lely Resort.  This community welcomed its first residence in 1995 and had its final phase completed in 2005.  The buildings consist of condominiums with a minimum of 1,200 square feet of living area up to over 1,600 square feet of living area with one car garages. Sunstone is made up a four phases and the the active listings found below will be broken out by those phases.

Almost all residents of Sunstone are optional members of Lely Resort’s award winning Players Club and Spa but prospective buyer’s should check to verify.
