Mustang Villas
Mustang Villas is a community that consists of sixty attached villas with lake and golf course lots on the Mustang Golf Course located at Lely Resort. Each home has two bedrooms plus den and two bathrooms and a two car attached garage with at least 1,600 square foot of living area under air. The first residence moved in to the community in 1993 and had the choice of having their own pool and spa at their residence or using the community pool. Over all a nice community with a great location.
All residents of Mustang Villas have the optional of joining Lely Resort’s award winning Players Club and Spa. With dining, fitness, tennis, complete spa services and resort style pools, Mustang Villas is a great place to live and play. Owners also have access to The Flamingo and Mustang Championship public golf courses and can also explore membership in the Classics Golf and Country Club.
