Champions at Lely Resort consists of 60 coach homes on the Mustang Golf Course built by Bateman Communities. The architectural features of the Mediterranean-style buildings include arches over the windows, multi-color tiled roofs and brick-paver driveways and walkways. Original owners began closings in March 2004.

Pebble Beach is a second-floor coach home with three bedrooms, a den, three baths, 2,686 square feet of living area and 3,355 total square feet, including a two-car garage and a screened lanai. The private loggia entry opens to a ceramic-tiled foyer. A window above the entry and at the top of the stairway fills the space with natural light. The Pebble Beach model offers a private elevator.

The Pinehurst is a first-floor coach home with two bedrooms, a den, two baths, 2,160 square feet of living area and 2,806 total square feet, including a two-car garage and a screened lanai. This great room style home features an island-style kitchen, a master suite that includes a sitting area with bay windows and a den that may be converted to an additional bedroom suite.

Every resident of Champion has the option to become a member of Lely Resort’s award winning Players Club & Spa. Owners also have access to The Flamingo and Mustang Championship public golf courses and can explore membership in the Classics Golf and Country Club.
