Slabs Poured in Lely Resort’s Newest Community – Lakoya

Lakoya is quietly coming to life at Lely Resort. If you have no idea where Lakoya is, don’t feel bad. You’re in good company. Site work began on the northwest parcel at Lely Resort in 2006. Driving down Wildflower Way, we’ve all become accustomed to seeing large mounds of dirt and rock on the site for years. But look closely and you will notice several slabs being poured, which is the start of the first homes in Lely Resort’s newest community. Today, 11 neighborhoods are under construction spread out over Lely Resort’s 3,000 acres, and Lakoya will integrate 28 of the most popular floor plans on over 400 home sites. While no pricing has been released yet, I expect more information to be available Q4. You will be able to see the Lakoya homes yourself come January.
