Skillets Lely Now Open for Business
I got a special treat this morning at Naples’ newest restaurant located at the corner of Grand Lely Drive and Collier Blvd across from Verona Walk in Stock Plaza. I met the restaurateurs, Noreen and Ross Edlund, the heart and soul of Skillets. The Edlunds have been serving Southwest Florida a wide array of breakfast and lunch options since 1995, and today marks the opening of their sixth Skillets restaurant.

This new Skillets is located in Stock Plaza at Lely Resort and has room for 150 guests in a 4,000-square-foot space with a 1,500 square-foot patio which provides outdoor seating and also acts as the main entrance to the establishment. Known for serving breakfast and lunch from 7 am to 2:30 pm daily, I must say the food and service were outstanding. My wife and I walked into a bright and welcoming space and had an awesome breakfast this morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we just had a great dining experience. No matter if you come on the first day or 10,000th day of business, I am sure you will enjoy this welcome new addition to our community.
