Season Winds Down at Lely Resort

I hope everyone has been able to enjoy Naples’ beautiful weather and all the fun events over the past few months. Season seems to go by so fast with many art shows, great car shows, numerous festivals and fantastic weather that makes you want to get outside. And it’s nice to live in Lely Resort and be close to all the action. Home sales across Naples and Lely Resort have shown healthy results so far this year, keeping us on track with the number of sales here at the resort compared to this time last year. It has been interesting to watch much of the heavy sales activity in the lower priced homes over the first two months of this year, while a sudden shift occurred towards higher priced homes in the past 30 days.
