Canwick Cove is finally coming out of the ground after major market setbacks.  It was first proposed to be an 84 luxury condominium community built by Empire Builders with units available from $700,000 to well over $1,000,000.  With the total of zero units sold, the property was sold back to Stock Development and the one building standing was demolished to make room for 38 single family homes.  The homes to be built by Stock Development are based on the successful Onyx Home Series and will range in size from 2,274 sq. ft. up to 2,730 sq. ft. Each of the homes will be situated on the Classics Golf Course with a mix of two and three car garages.  With models scheduled to be available prior to the end of the year and an additional six homes under contract, expect to see a flurry of construction activity in the community as we ramp up to what is expected to be a very busy 2014.
