Poised for Another Successful Season

Lely Resort is poised for another record setting sales year as our real estate market continues to heat up.  New home sales are on the upswing as we gear up for the release of the second phase of Lakoya and the redesign of Canwick Cove.  We are also seeing the build out of a few communities like Moorgate and The Classics as well as the beginning of the second to last new neighborhood in Lely Resort.  The first seven months of 2013 has seen a jump in activity in the resale market of over 13% year over year.  Posting 162 closed resales for over $58,712,957 through the end of August 11, we sit just $11,000,000 shy of 2012 year end totals with 45 properties under contract waiting to close.  It seems our biggest problem we are having this year is the lack of properties for sale.  With our lowest number of resales listed on MLS since 2005 many buyers are having trouble finding a property that fits their needs.  So if you are thinking of selling your home this is the time to get ready for the 2014 season.  Check out Lely Resort closed resales through the end of July and see if it is time for you to upgrade your home at http://www.mylely.com/ClosedSales2013
