On Track for Another Record Sales Year at Lely Resort

Lely Resort continues to draw hundreds of home buyers to arguably one of the areas’ premier resort lifestyle communities. As of October 1st, Naples MLS shows 181 closed sales at Lely Resort for a total of $68,654,466. I like to pull out the builder’s inventory units and see just resale numbers, which comes out to 162 closed resales at just under $55,000,000 year-to-date. Couple these strong sales numbers with the uptick in developer sales by Stock Development and you have another record sales year in Lely Resort.
