October Resales Are In

With the close of October, resales numbers are in, and I anticipate a strong push to the end of this year. Resales at the resort stand at 175 properties year-to-date for $58,522,000 in closed sales. November kicks us off with 39 pending sales that should push Lely Resort over 200 resales for the first time ever.
