Lely Resort’s Last Community Begins

As sales started at Lely Resort in the early 1990’s, no one could imagine when the final community would be built. Today, we know for sure sales will begin in 2015 for Signature Club at Lely Resort. This final community will be built on just over 20 acres of land west of The Players Club and Spa, which has been home to the on-site sales offices for the past 13 years. Site work began in earnest Q2 2014, and now rock and soil from the depths of future lakes loom over the Rental office. I guess the 64 thousand dollar question would be, “What is being built and how much it is going to cost?” As for pricing, we’ll have to wait for early 2015, but what is being built is a question that can be answered now.  Signature Club is set to be a coach home community of 76 units with the majority set alongside the aforementioned lakes. Its proximity to The Players Club and Spa should make this one of, if not the most popular communities at Lely Resort.
