Lely Resort Sales Volume Hits Record High for Previously Loved Homes (Resales)

I update my site the first of each month, and I continue to be amazed by the strong sales activity this year at Lely Resort. Sales have gone through the proverbial roof. As of the first of August, there were at 210 closed resales for $85,000,000 here at Lely Resort. Looking back to the same time frame in 2013 this shakes out to be a 30% increase in unit sales and a 45% increase in dollar volume. Year-to-date sales today are equal to all of 2012, so we have seen a ton of activity that has cut average days on market in half from 180 days to 90 days. And these numbers are just for resales. New home sales here at the resort are booming as well with 155 new contracts for $108,000,000.
