Lely Resort has had an amazing successful first quarter 2010 for home and condo sales. Lely Resort new home sales volume was $41.6 million from 81 sales and an additional $18.3 million from 49 resales throughout the 40 neighborhoods. Lely Resort’s first quarter new home sales increased a remarkable 63 percent over the same time in 2009 and has taken advantage of the sales momentum created at the end of 2009. New home sales surge has continued into April, where already seven new homes are under contract and an incredible 83 resale homes are under contract and awaiting closing at Lely Resort.
