Inspira Update
While construction continues and fencing still surrounds the complex, new residents started moving into Inspira July 1st at the corner of Grand Lely Blvd and Rattlesnake Hammock Rd just north of Lakoya. Inspira is an upscale luxury apartment complex featuring 304 with amenities that include:
- Resort-style community with 10,000-square-foot two-story clubhouse exclusively for residents
- Clubhouse serves as the social hub of the community with demonstration kitchen, resident lounge, media entertainment, game and card rooms, conference room and business center with 24-hour access
- State-of-the-art 3,000-square-foot fitness center with weight training, cardio stations, yoga studio and virtual fitness programming
- Yoga studio and Peloton virtual fitness bikes and treadmills
- Resort-style oasis pool with lap lanes
- Expansive outdoor sun deck with entertaining lounge, three grill stations and fire-pits
- Two pickleball courts and two bocce courts
- Expansive relaxing veranda for social gathering
- Pet-friendly community with dog park and dog washing area
- Private detached parking garages
- Secure, gated access
- 24-hour package concierge service
- Car wash and vacuum station
Units are leased annually and consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 784 to 1,348 square feet of living space and in price from $1,500 to just under $2,200 per month. Single car garage spaces are available for residents and can be leased separately based on availability. While there will be a total of five building plus clubhouse with leasing offices located on the 15 acre parcel, only one building is open for residents as of July 1st. The clubhouse should be ready by October mid-2018 and the other four residential buildings are projected to be ready for occupancy in November. This is just one of the changes coming to south Naples.
