14 Hawthorne Buildings to Come

With all the construction activity here at Lely Resort you may not have noticed the newest project getting underway. I’m not talking about Lakoya or the tons of dirt and rock being moved behind the sale offices to make way for Signature Club. It’s at Hawthorne. Your only hint has been the section of wall that has been removed along Collier Boulevard to allow construction traffic to access the site. Construction is taking place just north of the existing club house. Hawthorne was originally planned to have 33 coach home buildings but only 19 were built. Stock Development purchased the land in July of this year and it looks like they will have their first building up late 2014 or early 2015. Stay tuned for pricing and floor plans.
