Lakoya has come to life at Lely Resort and is preparing for its much anticipated grand opening event. Lakoya features 22 of the developer’s most successful floor plans, which have been redesigned for 2011 based on much customer feedback and realtor focus group participation. You’ll see familiar homes with expanded living areas, new designer finishes, and ALL with natural gas for lower energy costs.
