Covington Place Build Out at Lely Resort

Covington Place is on its way to build out with four homes under construction and only one new home available for sale. All construction should be completed by the end of this year. The homes on Byrons Way within the Classics were originally planned as 28 custom estate home sites. However, due to the softening of the housing market, Stock Development redesigned the lots to accommodate 38 homes using proven plans from the successful 900 series in The Majors. The reconfigured plat allowed for these 38 homes to range in size from 3,138 to 3,490 square feet under air and Covington Place came into being. Presales started in late 2008 with the first home owners closing in March 2009.
