Construction Complete at Players Cove and Alden Woods at Lely Resort

Construction at Player’s Cove and Alden Woods in Lely Resort has come to an end. After the February 2006 price releases for both condominium communities, construction began with Centex Homes and was completed by Stock Development. Consisting of 96 coach homes located adjacent to the Players Club and Spa, the Player’s Cove community welcomed their first residents in December 2007. Alden Woods followed the success of Ascot and consists of 116 coach homes with its first residents arriving in March 2008. As of August 1st Player’s Cove still has seven new inventory units available with prices ranging from $430,000 to $580,000, while Alden Woods has just two new available inventory units ($359,280 for a first floor unit and $397,445 for a second floor unit). Both communities have seen strong resales over the past few years and are now shaping up to being popular and active neighborhoods.
