Our newest neighbor – Arlington

Lely Resort has been waiting for the arrival of our newest neighbor and it looks like they are getting close to breaking ground.  The Arlington of Naples, a luxury resort-style continuing care retirement community, set along Lely Cultural Blvd and has just surpassed the 75% presales mark.  The Arlington of Naples will be situated on just under 39 acres of land purchased for $17,450,000 in July of 2008 from Stock Development.  The Arlington will have a Health Pavilion with skilled nursing staff, certified rehabilitation and return-to-wellness center along with 151 apartments and villas.  Apartments range in size from 860 to 2200 sq. ft. and villas start at 1800 sq. ft. and go up to 3500 sq. ft.  If you would like more information regarding the Arlington of Naples click the following link http://www.arlingtonnaples.org/ and for the Naples Daily News subscribers you can click here.
