Naples’ Shining Star = Lely Resort

July marks my fifth full season as a Lely Resort on-site sales agent with Stock Realty.  As we run headlong into the heat of summer, it’s a good time to reflect on the sales activity of the past six months and set a course for the balance of the year.  2010 has been amazing as far as units sold, and encouraging with signs of prices firming up in many neighborhoods.  Today sales at Lely Resort stand at 126 closed YTD, compared to 64 closed sales for the same period in 2009.  In this first six months, we equaled the total closed resales posted in ALL of 2009.  Total volume of resales YTD is $49,205,104, which reflects a slight reduction in overall average price per residence sold.  This volume is to be expected since market activity increased in the $500,000 and below market.  If you would like to view closed resales for Lely Resort, just go to http://www.MyLely.com/closedsales2010 and contact me at Sean@MyLely.com if you need additional details or information.
