Lely Resort’s Largest Neighborhood Sold Out

December 28, 2016 brought an end to developer sales in Lely Resort’s single largest neighborhood. Ole’ began sales in 2005, introducing 20 unique floor plans emphasizing a Mediterranean architecture in a pedestrian friendly community. Due to high demand, Stock Development built the Town Center and all the units south of Rialto (over 300 units) as a single phase, including the buildings closest to the Town Center as model center. Construction resumed in 2009, and all buildings were completed in 2016. The 623 units that make up Ole’ have a total assessed value set by the Collier County Property Appraiser of just over $162,000,000 for tax purposes. Resale activity has been strong in Ole’ for years with the last three years averaging 42 resales annually at just under $12,000,000 per year.
