If you have been in and around Naples over the past few years, you have seen a lot of new developments pop out of what seems like nowhere. Well it’s happening again on Collier Blvd near the intersection of Rattlesnake Hammock. Next time you drive by, pay attention to the activity to the east. Hacienda Lakes kicked off in 2013 with Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes. This 443-unit development has been underway since 2014, and while you can’t see it from Collier Blvd, you can see the new bridges, road expansion, and land clearing to support commercial development on the out parcels.

You may have also noticed two new developments getting underway, which will add 739 new residential units to the area. First off, just north of Rattlesnake Hammock you can see the beginnings of Milano Lakes, a 296-unit apartment complex that will consist of 8 buildings of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans plus 96 garage spaces all expected to be available to the first residents Q3 2017.

And if you take a minute to drive east on Rattlesnake Hammock past the entrances of Florida Sports Park and Esplanade you will run right into Azure at Hacienda Lakes. Well, maybe you will actually run into the barricades keeping the public away from construction of Toll Brothers’ newest Naples community and the first of 443 single family and multi-family homes. This will be a community of single family homes as well as coach homes, which should have models available Q1 2017. These communities will be the newest additions to the 1760 residential units that will make up the master planned community of Hacienda Lakes.
