Lakoya is still inching towards final close out of new home sales with just one Topaz Series San Remo lll for sale and one Napoli and one Capri in the Opal Series available. Total closed sales for Lakoya in 2017 was 49 homes for $45,446,058 which breaks down to 30 homes sold by Stock Development for $27,722,058 and 19 resales for a total of $17,724,000.
