Lakoya, Post Irma

Posted:

Focusing on Lakoya in the months following Hurricane Irma many homeowners were quick to address damages to their property, and the HOA has done well to get back to as close to normal as possible in a short amount of time. Roofers, screen replacement companies, and pool cage fabrication companies are still sprinkled throughout the community and due to labor and material shortages they will be around for some weeks to come.

As we take a closer look at 2017 sales activity in Lakoya, the closed sales through December 1st account for a total of $44,303,038 in closed sales volume, accounting for 28 developer sales for $27,914,038 and 18 resales for $16,389,000. As for new homes inventory a total of four remain available: two San Remo homes in the Topaz Series, one Capri and one Napoli in the Opal Series. As new home sales wind down, I look forward to another strong year of home resales in Lakoya.
