Stock Signature Homes will mark the completion of its Cocoplum furnished model at The Isles of Collier Preserve with a Grand Opening event next Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
The Isles of Collier Preserve is a 2,400-acre development by Minto Communities bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of the 2,400 acres is dedicated to natural habitat and preserve areas connected by a network of biking paths and recreational trails with exercise stations and nature observation areas as well as blueways for kayaking. The community is just four miles east of downtown Naples on U.S. 41 East.
Stock Signature Homes’ Magnolia Collection at The Isles of Collier Preserve includes 28, 90-foot homesites showcasing golf course and water views. The Cocoplum is one of four Magnolia Collection floor plans that range from 3,578 to 3,972 square feet under air and are base priced from $889,990 to $949,990. Each of the floor plans included in the Collection offers luxurious features and finishes and an exceptional level of livability.
Base priced at $899,990, the 3,641-square-foot under air Cocoplum floor plan includes 1,004 square feet of covered lanai space. Horvath has created a cool and contemporary home by choosing a neutral white background for the wide range of accent colors used in the Cocoplum model. The main living areas feature a clean and streamlined soft silver, metal gray, off-white and pale neutral color palette. Each of the secondary bedrooms tells its own color story with individual palette mixes of aqua, violet, and yellow fabrics and custom finished furniture.
A double door entry opens to a dramatic collage of six 20-by-20-inch silver framed mirrors on one wall of the foyer. Reflected in the mirrors, an oversized contemporary art piece depicting a shell is mounted above a chunky warm brown floating shelf. A modern nine-light chandelier in an aged silver finish features a series of glittering chains that descend into the entry space. Floors throughout the main living areas are 12-by-24-inch almond porcelain tile with subtle accents of warm brown and soft gray.
In the study, the flooring material changes to Medieval Oak rustic wood in warm brown and soft gray tones. Two clean-lined neutral étagères flank the large window behind the modern desk that has a warm brown geometric base and a cream finished top. Two fawn upholstered club chairs and a high-back host desk chair feature the room’s white, dark brown, and alabaster color palette with pops of butter yellow. A clear glass bubble chandelier adds a contemporary element.
A custom built-in entertainment and media wall in the great room features a warm brown winter finish chunky floating shelf below the wall-mounted television Custom floating shelving is installed above cabinets done in an alabaster finish.The 14-foot ceiling detail includes painted wood beams and a painted tongue-in-groove pattern laid in alternating directions. Silver-to-chocolate brown ombre sheer draperies dress the sliding doors and complement a soft off-white sofa and two silver wood-framed chairs. An array of velvet and embroidered fabric accent pillows includes brown metallic, gray fur, and silver snakeskin. A soft gray wood cocktail table with acrylic legs sits on a dove gray area rug. Metal and glass ribbed table lamps bring the diverse textural elements together. A triple-tier metal chandelier offers light from above. Four pocketing sliders open from the great room to the covered lanai.
In the kitchen, the finishes on the large island include warm brown cabinetry and white quartz counter tops. All perimeter cabinetry is in alabaster and the dark mushroom quartz counter tops have subtle accents of cream and taupe. The backsplash has iridescent tiles of whites, neutrals, and dove grays set in a deeply dimensional diamond mosaic.
The dining room ceiling features a painted beam and tongue-in-groove detail to match the great room. A custom wine wall fills a deep niche and includes a serving counter with base cabinets and a modern horizontal wine display housed behind glass doors.The rectangular dining table has a brown wood base and a gunmetal finish and hosts six skirted chairs. Above is a modern chandelier.
The outdoor living area includes an outdoor kitchen with a grill wall and a counter height floating island. The square contemporary outdoor dining table has stainless steel legs and a mocha finish and easily seats eight. The outdoor seating area has two sofas and two lounge chairs with stainless steel bases grouped around a concrete cocktail table. Accent pillows in grays, bright yellows, browns, whites and blues add color and comfort. Outside the master bedroom, two matching lounge chairs offer an intimate private retreat.
A sophisticated color palette enlivens the neutrally carpeted master suite. A white upholstered headboard backs print accent pillows in smoky charcoal, black and gold. The drapery panels are white silk with an embroidered pattern of black and brown. Matching mirrored night stands are framed in a gold luxe finish. The luxe finished dresser has scalloped wood details on the sides. Two club chairs are upholstered in a soft neutral fabric and have accent pillows in the same fabrics used on the king bed.
In the master bath, a warm brown iridescent tile with hints of black and gray creates a subtle shower wall and floor detail. The vanity cabinetry is in a winter white finish and the counter tops are snowy quartz. The freestanding tub sits below three high windows.

The plan features a great room with an optional built-in entertainment center, a large gourmet island kitchen and breakfast area, a formal dining room, four bedrooms or three bedrooms plus an optional bonus room, a study, four-and-a-half baths, an outdoor living area with an optional fireplace, optional summer kitchen, a pool and spa, and a three-car garage. Pocketing sliders open the great room to the outdoor living area.
The furnished Marigold model is priced at $1,675,785 and will feature an interior by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti, IDS. An unfurnished, move-in ready Marigold residence is also under construction priced at $1,361,510, including $306,520 in options.
